"What a breath of fresh air. Just when music seems to be following a general protocol, Jai Ganesha appears and reminds us that music is in its essence unique and always uplifting. An inspirational album, Jai Ganesha has bolted the windows open for sacred creativity. Emam and these artists have confirmed once again while bringing cultures together to celebrate that Spirit has no borders." by Josh Massad
Music is a force which crosses all artificial political, cultural and racial boundaries, unifying us all as human beings. My interest has always been in bringing together different styles to create original, fresh and uplifting music. This album combines Indian classical and devotional music with Jazz, Eastern European and Middle Eastern music and was recorded in Delhi, Mumbai, Wrocław (Poland), Budapest (Hungary), San Francisco and Los Angeles. It features an outstanding cast of artists who through their talent bring the music to life. My deepest gratitude and thanks to all the musicians who made this project possible.
